We charge $14 per child, beginning at 6 months to 7 years old. Children under 1 are free WITH a paid sibling. Adults are always free. Each play pass includes re-entry for the entire day. We have plenty for even very young babies to do, even if they’re not yet crawling in our 24 months & under section!

No, reservations are not required! Walk-ins are welcome. However, to secure your spot and ensure a seamless experience, we recommend making a reservation. Our slots are two hours long and run in 30-minute intervals.

You don’t need to! We offer a Discounted Pack of Play Passes or unlimited Open Play included in our Memberships, ideal for families who want to SAVE.

Of course! We welcome children that are outside of our play area age group. While not permitted to use any of our play equipment themselves (no exceptions) they can help a younger friend or sibling play. Often older children enjoy the imaginative play as well! We just ask that they are kind and mindful around the younger kids and be good leaders by following rules (no running, no throwing, no rough housing etc.). If they abuse the play equipment, however, we will ask them to exit the play area and instead sit in the lounge. We also have some toys/games set aside for use in the café area.

Yes, we have parking available on-site. Additionally, we provide ADA parking with a ramp for accessibility purposes.

Our play area is strictly SOCKS ONLY. No shoes, no bare feet! Grips socks are required for all children. But don't worry if you forget, we offer Funtown Play Cafe non-slip socks for $3. For our friends with different abilities who require the use of a stroller or wheeled device, we will clean your wheels before entering the play area.

We encourage you to feed your child wherever and however you feel comfortable, but please ask if you would like more privacy.

No. Memberships MUST be used within an immediate family ONLY. You may not allow other families to use your passes at any time, even if they are visiting with you. They will need to fill out their own agreement and purchase whichever pass they like.

Yes, we accept cash and all major cards including American Express, and we also conveniently accept Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks and we are NOT able to accept bills over $20 at any time.

No outside food or drinks may be brought into the play space or café. However, we offer a menu featuring panini sandwiches, baked goods, pre-packaged snacks, and a variety of coffee drinks. You are welcome to bring a water bottle, sippy cup, and baby food. Additionally, we have a microwave available if you need to heat it up.
